By purchasing any product from XeroDMA, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and XeroDMA ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use our products.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases Due to Incorrect Hardware
Products purchased from XeroDMA require specific hardware configurations to function as intended. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your hardware meets the minimum system requirements specified on the product page or in related documentation prior to purchase. Products purchased without compatible or required hardware are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances. XeroDMA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from hardware incompatibility or your failure to confirm compatibility.
2. Product Support
XeroDMA provides customer support for product-related issues exclusively through our official support channel. To request assistance, you must open a support ticket at https://discord.gg/xerodma. You agree to provide accurate and detailed information, including but not limited to system specifications, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue, to facilitate prompt resolution. XeroDMA will make reasonable efforts to address support requests in a timely manner but does not guarantee resolution times or specific outcomes. Support is limited to the purchased product and does not extend to third-party software, hardware, or user configurations.
3. Refunds and Store Credit for Faulty Products
XeroDMA stands behind the quality of its products and offers remedies for faulty products as follows:
- Faulty Products: A product is considered faulty if it fails to perform as advertised due to a manufacturing defect, coding error, or other issue attributable to XeroDMA, as determined by XeroDMA in its sole discretion. If a product is verified as faulty through our support process, you may be eligible for a full refund or store credit, at XeroDMA’s discretion. To initiate a claim, you must submit a support ticket within thirty (30) days of purchase, providing verifiable evidence of the fault (e.g., screenshots, logs, or videos). All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and XeroDMA’s determination is final.
- User-Related Issues: No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be provided if a product fails to function due to user error, misuse, unauthorized modifications, failure to meet system requirements, or any other factor outside XeroDMA’s control. Examples include, but are not limited to, improper installation, use on incompatible hardware, or failure to follow provided instructions. XeroDMA will review each case individually, and our determination of responsibility is final and binding.
- Process and Limitations: Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Store credit, if issued, must be used within one (1) year from the date of issuance and is non-transferable. XeroDMA reserves the right to deny any refund or credit request that does not comply with these Terms or is deemed fraudulent or abusive.
4. Agreement to Terms and Consequences of Unlawful Actions
By purchasing any product from XeroDMA, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms, conditions, or policies referenced on our website or provided with the product. Any attempt to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities—including but not limited to initiating unauthorized chargebacks, filing false disputes, reverse-engineering products, distributing product keys without authorization, or violating applicable laws—will result in immediate and irreversible consequences, including:
- Revocation of your product key(s) and termination of your license to use the product(s), without refund or compensation;
- Forfeiture of any funds paid to XeroDMA for the product(s); and
- Potential legal action to recover damages, legal fees, and other costs incurred by XeroDMA.
XeroDMA reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take any actions deemed necessary to enforce these Terms, including reporting unlawful activities to relevant authorities. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation and waive any claim against XeroDMA for losses resulting from your violation of these Terms.
5. General Provisions
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, XeroDMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Amendments: XeroDMA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
